What Stackfix does

We help businesses cut costs and grow revenue with tailored AI. A factory processes orders by hand. A distributor loses deals because quotes take days. A fleet team copies information between systems.

We combine AI agents, proven software modules and custom development to reduce manual work, win more business and improve margins.

About us

Paddy worked at Google and founded Jukedeck, a neural-networks-for-music company acquired by TikTok. Tom founded and sold an HR software company in 2023 and has more than nine years of experience building AI systems.

We are backed by Seedcamp, Chalfen Ventures, TSIC and helloworld, with angel investors including Matt Clifford and Alice Bentinck, co-founders of Entrepreneur First, and engineers from DeepMind.

Who we hear from

We hire people who build. Most open applications come from three kinds of people.

  • Engineers who have shipped production systems and want to own a customer build end to end.
  • Product and delivery people who have run projects with customers and can turn a messy operation into a clear scope.
  • Operators from industry who have worked in manufacturing, distribution or transport and want to build the software they wished they had.

What to send

  • Your LinkedIn profile or CV.
  • A link to something you have shipped, built or written. Code, a product, a report, a company.
  • Two or three sentences on what you would want to build at Stackfix and why.

No cover letter needed. We read every application.
